I’m not someone who wakes up energized and ready to go. I’ve spent years waiting for motivation to strike, hoping that this time would be the time I finally got it all together.

But what I’ve learned—through life, injuries, and teaching thousands of students—is that motivation isn’t the spark. It’s the result.

💭 Do I have to join the full membership to participate?

Nope. You can join the challenge with a one-time payment of $49, which gives you full access from May 1 to May 31—no strings attached. Or you can start a monthly membership for $29/month, which gives you access to the entire studio and keeps going after May if you want to continue.

💭 I don’t have much time. Will this still work for me?

Yes. The challenge was designed to fit into real life. Many of the classes are under 15 minutes, and even five minutes can shift how you feel. Whether your schedule is jam-packed or your energy is hit-or-miss, there’s something inside that can meet you where you are—without taking over your day.

💭 How do I cancel if I join the monthly plan?

It’s easy. You can cancel anytime in your account settings, and it only takes about 30 seconds. We’ll also send you a reminder email before the challenge ends so you’re not caught off guard. 💭 I’m not in shape / haven’t moved in a while — is this too advanced?
