Hey there! I'm Brentan, and I'm a lifelong couch potato turned movement enthusiast. I know what it feels like to wake up with aches and pains that weren't there yesterday, to injure myself taking out the trash, and to feel generally sluggish and meh in my body. That's why I've spent the last 13 years working with people who have a hard time with movement to explore, heal, and appreciate their bodies.
