OUR MISSION is to help you live better, longer, starting with how you move your body.
If you're not getting better, you're getting worse.
You are always capable of getting better.
When you get better, so does life. It gets better than you can currently imagine.
Yoga In Your Living Room is an online platform to help you move–and feel–better than ever. We believe that no matter what you’ve been through, you are capable of making positive changes in your life. But in order for that to happen, you have to make certain commitments. You need to show up for life in certain ways.
It all begins with taking care of your body. When you have a practice of moving well everyday, it addresses your aches and pains. It also spills over into other areas of your life. You become the person you always wanted to be.
You don’t need fancy yoga poses or Sanskrit lessons or a science background. All you need is a little bit of simple yoga everyday. You can even learn it at home.
"Think about it:
Most people don't even show up. Of the people who do, most don't really push themselves. So to show up and be disciplined about daily improvement? You are the rarest of the rare."

I'm a lifelong learner.
My life got measurably better when I discovered yoga. I felt healthier, my moods improved, I had more energy, and I felt better about myself. But I never found a style that fit me exactly right. I devoted myself to different styles over the years, but always found myself asking questions that there were no good answers to, or hitting roadblocks I couldn’t get by. In the quest to make sense of it all, I’ve found myself venturing into the corners of pain science, biomechanics, neurobiology, psychology, and eastern philosophy. The wider I cast my learning net, the better answers I get, and the more simple the solution seems. This platform is the accumulation of 12 years of teaching, practicing and learning. I don’t want to live a limited life, and I don’t want you to either.
I’ve always wanted to figure it out.
Ever since I was a kid, I wanted to understand how life works. I wanted to understand who I am and who I’m supposed to be. I wanted to be happy. As an adult, I mostly stopped thinking about these kinds of things because I was so focused on the details of my life. But underneath, I still wanted to figure it out. That’s what yoga helps me with. There’s more happening during yoga than a physical tune-up. It gives me a place where I can think about life, or let my mind wander, or train my attention in a certain way. It restructures my thinking. It’s one of the many things that makes me who I am, and that guides me on the path to figuring it out.
