I wasn’t a natural mover. For years, every time I tried to get stronger or more active, something hurt. That frustration led me deep into the study of yoga, biomechanics, and the science of pain — not to perform better, but to understand my body.
Now, after more than a decade of teaching, I help midlife adults move without fear, rebuild strength, and feel truly at home in their bodies. What I teach isn’t about perfect poses or pushing through pain. It’s about learning how your body works so you can move freely, confidently, and without fear.
