MEET BRENTAN

I wasn’t a natural mover. Every time I tried to get stronger or more active, something hurt. That frustration sent me deep into the study of yoga, biomechanics, and how bodies actually adapt to change.

After more than a decade of teaching, I now help midlife adults move without fear, rebuild strength gradually, and feel at home in their bodies again. What I teach isn’t about perfect poses or pushing through discomfort. It’s about learning how your body works so you can move with trust, confidence, and care.
